Hi friend – With this post, I share my top questions for goal setting and questions to ask yourself as you step into your best self. So much of what I do as a personal trainer, nutrition and self-love coach is to help you get to root of why you think and feel the way you do.
Then, we use that as information to inform our goals – goals that *really* align with who you are and want to be.
Because life’s too short to spend your whole life trying to measure up to someone else’s definition of success.
You are worthy of every dream and every goal inside of you!!
To get the most out of the questions below, carve out 15-30 minutes to journal your response. Instead of overthinking or overanalyzing your answers, simply allow whatever comes up to come up. Suspend your judgement for a moment so you can get really honest and clear with yourself.

Once you identify how you want to feel everyday, you can start shifting your priorities to align with those feelings. When it comes to achieving your goals, it’s less about what you do and more about how and why you do it.
01: My definition of success is…
02: What 3 words describe how I want to feel everyday?
03: What things help me feel X, Y, and Z (the answers from question 02)?
04: What opportunities/experiences would I pursue if I wasn’t afraid of __________?
So many of us have goals for ourselves that don’t actually feel aligned with what we truly want in life. We can say yes to things out of obligation, expectation, or wanting to make others happy. But I truly believe that we’re at our best when we let ourselves fully shine.
You are worthy of wearing the outfit that brings you joy and saying yes to the things that light you up. These questions will offer so much insight into what you really love to wear, eat, say yes to, and more.
01: What would my best self say “yes” to? What would she say “no” to?
02: What would my best self wear to work? To bed? To brunch with her friend? To the beach? To a workout? Etc!
03: How would your best self move throughout her day? Ex: would she have a morning routine, what would she say to herself in the mirror, etc?
04: What would my best self eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? How would she eat those meals?
