This episode is apart of a 5-day challenge called 5 Days to Food Freedom. This episode will help you build better habits and make small shifts without beating yourself up or feeling overwhelmed. I’ll walk you through 3 of my favorite habit building tips, share small shifts you can make that have nothing to do with dieting, and share how to create habits that actually support the life you want to live. 

Because friend, this is your life and the things you do everyday – the habits in your day – should be helping you and not holding you back.

Building better habits is a mindset game. When you get crystal clear on how you want to feel everyday, you’ll better be able to put habits in place that help you feel those things on daily basis.
