My approach to food is so unique. I don’t just want to give you another diet to follow. Rather, I want to empower you with tools that help you make the best decisions for you and your body moment to moment. Because we all know how it feels to be on diet but then life happens. You find yourself at a family birthday party or you get really busy one day and can’t food prep like you’re “supposed to.” And before you know it, you fail the diet and food becomes this thing that stresses you out and makes you feel like you never ever measure up.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

I want to teach you how to heal & transform your relationship with food so it no longer holds you hostage, but rather helps you feel equipped to navigate real life food choices with confidence.

Let’s face it. We all have a relationship with food.

Often, our relationship with food is so closely connected to the relationship with have with ourself and our body. For a lot of us, food is a way we can feel safe or in control. It be a something we use to punish ourselves or hold ourselves hostage when we don’t feel worthy. Food can be something we use to make our bodies smaller or bigger to fit a standard of beauty. Food can be a coping mechanism for any trauma that we’ve endured.

The relationship we have with food goes deep.

It’s shaped by our parents at a young age (what was their relationship with food like?), by our environment (did you grow up with a lot of fast food restaurants near your home?), your friends, spouse, siblings (their food habits can easily become your food habits), and not to mention – things like trauma, stress, inadequate sleep, and you not feeling like you’re enough can also impact your relationship with food too.

So I want to help you pinpoint the reasons why your relationship with food is the way it is. We’re going to get to the root. And once we discover the root, we can heal it. We can transform. We can put new habits in place that actually support us and help us step more fully into the women we want to be.

Instead of using food to earn your worthiness, punish yourself, or hold yourself hostage, you can learn how to use food as a tool to nourish and energize your body from the inside out.

Food is medicine.
Food is joy.
Food is connection.

Food equips us with the nutrients and energy we need to live the life we dream of living.

So it’s time to stop viewing food as the enemy and it’s time to discover food freedom.

Friend, I hope you love this training. It’s about 15 minutes long. I originally recorded this video on Zoom and that video shows me talking through everything and there’s a presentation on the screen as well. So if you are more of a visual learner, you might really love seeing the video and following along with the presentation, which I included links to in the description of this podcast episode. So in the description, you’ll find a YouTube link as well as a link for you to download the presentation slides.

But for my podcast people, I wanted to upload this challenge here for you so you can access it with ease as you drive to work, clean your home, or go for a fun walk outside.

I believe so deeply in the things I’m about to share with you and I use these tips and tools on a daily basis in my own relationship with food and this is the foundation of what I coach my 1:1 clients through.

Friend, when you take feel good action and actually put this stuff in practice, it will transform your relationship with food, build better food habits, and ditch the diet for GOOD!!
