Welcome to the last and final day of 5 Days to Food Freedom. In today’s Day 5 training, I share my favorite tool to build positive self talk and celebrate yourself for showing up. This really is my secret to long lasting success!

Because let me tell you, the road to wellness is not a straight line. I know for me that building better habits, learning what foods are best for my body, and taking ownership of my relationship with food has been a journey. It’s been a lot of two steps forward, one step back but that’s something I’m so proud of because when it’s all said and done, I’m still moving forward. I’m still taking the next step.

Friend, we can learn how to celebrate our small wins and baby steps forward. It’s time for you to celebrate yourself for showing up.

If you implemented just one new habit this week, celebrate that.
If you were willing to think about your relationship with food in a new way, honor that.
If you listened to even just one of these trainings, be excited about that.

Because friend, you are doing an incredible job. You’re on your journey! And that is something to celebrate.

There’s obviously so much more to food freedom than what we covered in these five days and I like to think of this week as a conversation starter. There’s more to the story – there’s more to your story. So it definitely doesn’t end here.
