Set aside time each morning to check in with yourself.

It’s easy to feel totally drained throughout the holidays. So instead of running on empty, allow yourself to turn inward every morning with a morning routine. When you wake up, tune into your physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health FIRST!! Then, after you acknowledge and truly see YOU, you’ll feel full + ready to take on the world :)

Get crystal clear on how you want to feel this holiday season.

What’s important to you this holiday season? Are you wanting to connect with old friends from high school? Or are you wanting to prioritize family time? Do you wish to slow down and turn inward or is your soul really craving social time with those you love? It really helps to know how you desire to spend your time so you can choose your “yes” accordingly. Saying yes to everything often leaves little room for us to say yes to what we truly want & need.

When you catch yourself stressing out remember: THIS GETS TO BE FUN. The holidays are a perfect time to breathe deep, connect with those we love, and check in with our goals, dreams, hopes, and gratitudes.

With love + light,

Hi, I’m Madison Deaton. As a personal trainer, nutrition and self-love coach, I focus on the inside first, helping you get to the root of why you think and feel the way you do. Then I use things like functional fitness, holistic nutrition, mindset and self-love tools to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, see things from a new perspective, and unlearn habits that no longer serve you so you can take up space, step into your power, and become the woman of your dreams (friendly reminder: she has been YOU all along). Welcome to The Fit Flamingo! I’m so glad you’re here.
