If you’re struggling with painful gut issues, chronic pain, brain fog, and low energy, this episode is for you.
Five years ago I was right where you are, finding it hard to make it through the day pain free. I was constantly saying no to things I wanted to do and felt trapped in my body – all because I never felt good physically.
But little by little, I started healing my relationship with food and learned how to move my body in a way that actually feels good. I put small feel-good habits into action and was shocked at how even just healing my mindset and having fun during the day helped my chronic pain and gut issues.
By focusing everyday on movement, mindset, nourishment, productivity, and having fun I was able to discover tools that actually work and help me feel good.
Even on my worst days, I feel equipped and empowered.
And I want to pass that feeling along because you are worthy of feeling good in your own skin.
I hope that in sharing what works for me that it will help you discover things that could work for you, too.
In this episode, I share:
You are enough.

Your fitness coach & wellness obsessed bff
Hi, I’m Madison Deaton. As a personal trainer, nutrition and self-love coach, I focus on the inside first, helping you get to the root of why you think and feel the way you do. Then I use things like functional fitness, holistic nutrition, mindset and self-love tools to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, see things from a new perspective, and unlearn habits that no longer serve you so you can take up space, step into your power, and become the woman of your dreams (friendly reminder: she has been YOU all along). Welcome to The Fit Flamingo! I’m so glad you’re here.
