I’m Madison! and I help give women the tools they need to transform their lives through functional fitness & nutrition coaching. I am the proud owner of a shipping container that I converted into a personal training studio, where I coach female clients of all ages and backgrounds. The Fit Flamingo was created to be a safe space for women to navigate all things health and wellness together – as a flock!
