What I love most about training with Madison is the way she’s helped me redirect my thoughts. Madison is all about acceptance, loving yourself, and providing your body with all it needs to feel good: be it through thoughts, food, or movement. 

I thought I was signing up for a workout, but instead we went a lot deeper. Why do I hate working out? Why do I feel shame about food? Why do I talk to myself so negatively? And it turns out, a lot of the answers to those questions led me to find satisfying workouts I enjoy and feel good about doing. I’m working on letting food be food, instead of putting so much emotional baggage on it. And I’m changing the way I talk to myself to be more like I hope I talk to others—with kindness and respect. It wasn’t one thing that changed me, it was all of these working together to make me a healthier person.

And I think that’s what I like most about training with Madison. She’ll give you a cute butt, but she’ll also give you the tools you need to be able to look at yourself right now and say, hey—my butt’s actually pretty cute already. And really, if you don’t ‘train’ your brain right along with your body, once you quit the program, it’s easy to fall back in to bad habits. Madison trains you for life.

Weight loss is not our main focus. But it's often the “cherry on top.” I focus more on how you feel and help you make decisions that support your best self.

What makes your membership different than other fitness brands?

I combine movement & mindset coaching to help my clients transform from the inside out. I'm not just here to give you a good workout. I'm here to teach you tools that you can implement into your everyday life. That's why I include deep dive trainings, a holistic nutrition podcast, journal prompts, and guided meditations.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

Honestly, no! Most workouts are body weight only. It will come in handy to have a mat, light to medium dumbbells, and resistance bands BUT I will always provide "body weight only" modifications whenever equipment is used. I want these workouts to be as approachable and as low cost as possible for you!!

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Absolutely! You can cancel or pause your membership at any time, no questions asked. Email me if you have any questions or need help canceling/pausing your membership!

Will I lose access to the membership if I cancel or pause?
